Is this a physical picture?
Printable Digital image download code will be given/sent to you upon payment by removing the watermark and upscale
Are the artworks physical items or digital downloads?
The artworks available at KOKTO'S ART GALLERY are all digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once the artwork has been downloaded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal, which is a safe and secure method of payment.
What is the resolution of the downloadable artworks?
The resolution of the artworks is specified on each product page, and the downloadable files will be of that specified resolution.
How long does it take to receive the download code?
After payment has been received, the download code will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.
